Nail Varnish Tip

So i don't were i heard it, but i heard that if you put a coat of clear nail varnish on before you apply your coloured nail varnish, it makes the colour better. So i did this and compared it. You can see the nail on the left is a more dramatic colour from the colour on the right, the left is WITH the clear varnish on before and the right is WITHOUT (in the picture below). I was quite shocked, with the clear varnish on before it makes the colour you apply on after so much better, its not a uneven colour like the one on the right. So from now on i'm going to be applying a coat of clear varnish before applying my colour!
